Express Service launch
Getting your car serviced is generally an expensive hassle; Nissan wanted to change that, and they did. Their innovative, new Express Service offering provides a Nissan Handbook service, in under an hour, by factory-trained technicians.
Fuel’s challenge was to share that excitement, across the service network, talking to dealers and their customers across the country.
And we did just that, with a huge, multifaceted campaign, which included business, marketing and communications plans, a national roadshow, LAM strategy, dealer kits and templates, media strategy and a consumer campaign.
In the first year alone, dealer uptake targets were exceeded by 180%, and the creative theme is now used globally.
