The criminal justice process can add to the trauma that victims have already experienced and can be a source of secondary victimisation. It is vital that the new website instils a sense of trust, safety and support.
Solution
Built in Umbraco, Fuel’s new website incorporates VOCC colours, fonts, and imagery to create a clear information hierarchy that is both approachable and easy to navigate.
Additional design elements such as shapes and illustration further help communicate a softer image.
The result is a user and content friendly website that allows the Commissioner to easily and directly engage with Victorian victims of crime.
