Last month, we lit the fuse on Fuel IGNITE, welcoming a group of recent design graduates to kick off our brand-new internship program at Fuel.

IGNITE is more than an internship. It’s about creating real pathways into the industry and giving back in meaningful ways. We built this program to open doors, offering emerging designers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and build confidence in a supportive, fast-paced agency environment.

At its core, IGNITE is designed to power diverse thinking and positive impact. It reflects our belief that when you use positive impact to fuel your work, it multiplies. During our IGNITE folio day, the energy in the room proved exactly that. Exciting conversations flowed, real work was showcased, and new perspectives challenged and discussed.

The launch marked an exciting step for Fuel, not just in nurturing new talent, but in strengthening our industry from within. It was an inspiring start, and we’re only just getting going.

We’ve officially launched our design internship program and welcomed our very first intern this week!

There’s plenty more potential ahead to ignite the fuel within our agency, and inspire the next generation of creative talent.
