There are few institutions as rich in meaning, tradition, and purpose as a Catholic school, yet they can often seem impenetrable from the outside looking in. This tension lay at the core of Padua College’s challenge. Despite its category-leading educational program, modern facilities, and a purpose-led model of holistic education, the school battled misconceptions and cultural baggage around its Catholic identity.

It needed a way to articulate its mission, and to transform its Catholic identity into an invitation to parents – rather than an area of ambiguity.

In every interaction, one truth stood above the rest: students were the best expression of the school’s character. So, we put people at the centre: positioning the brand around students, not the institution. This became the school’s brand platform: “Motivating Every Purpose”.

At the heart of work was a new narrative, seen through the eyes of Padua’s own students. Facilities became rich, stimulating environments for discovery and growth – not just classrooms and concert halls. Subject offerings and study paths evolved into a commitment to holistically educating the whole person:guiding every student’s intellectual, moral, and spiritual development, empowering them to find and pursue their purpose.

Partnering with Padua, we shaped a cohesive, purposeful, and authentic brand through a comprehensive brand identity, tone of voice, and a full brand suite of collateral. Then, we brought the story of purpose to life through a brand film that followed individual student journeys – watching them explore, discover, and grow up before your eyes.

The best part? We stayed true to the strength of the Catholic education system:an unwavering belief in the inherent dignity, worth, and potential of every student.
